After U.S. leaders neglected the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) selfishness and underhanded subversion in the country for 40 years, President Donald Trump took on rescuing America from the CCP’s influence, according to Whitehouse.com.
Of all the underhanded measures that made the CCP the greatest threat to the United States and the rest of the world, one of the most complex is that of the CCP Virus (coronavirus), which caused a profound negative impact on the country.
The CCP’s delay in alerting the world to the virus’s danger is still causing much damage, and its secretive and controversial actions since then continue to cause worldwide grief.
Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-Ga.), stands by President Trump’s slogan “America First” and continues to speak out against the violations committed by the CCP.
“China knew about this virus. They failed to warn us. They lied to us, and they covered up and then denied doing that,” Loeffler told FOX Business.
“And it cost lives around the world. It cost livelihoods, and it’s really impacting everyone across our country. And we have to hold China accountable and make sure that this never happens again,” Loeffler stressed.
National Security Adviser for Foreign Affairs Robert O’Brien also expressed his recommendations in this regard. “The United States is the strongest country on earth,” he wrote in Foreign Affairs.
The country “must speak out, fight back, and above all, stay true to its principles—especially freedom of speech—which stand in stark contrast to the Marxist-Leninist ideology embraced by the CCP,” O’Brien added.
In addition to the logistics organization to minimize the effects of the CCP Virus, President Trump had to respond to Democratic legislators’ attacks against his decisions.
First, when President Trump stopped flights from China, where the pandemic originated, Democrats and progressives called the move “xenophobic,” agreeing with WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.
In turn, Ghebreyesus attacked the travel ban imposed by President Trump but praised the domestic travel restrictions established by the CCP, which inexplicably allowed international travel.
This opposition and the failure to meet its responsibilities to protect international health and heed only the pronouncements of the CCP led to the Trump administration to suspend funding to the WHO.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) called efforts to hold the WHO accountable “stupid,” according to the White House report.
Through its unfair trade practices, the risks posed by the CCP forced the Trump administration to impose tariffs and sanctions on CCP companies.
It also sanctioned Big Tech like Huawei. It imposed restrictions on many other companies and entities complicit in the campaign of detention, forced labor, and repression against Uighurs and spiritual practices like Falun Dafa.
President Trump’s record and achievements as president are under the microscope on the eve of the presidential election on Nov. 3.
The attendance of tens of thousands of supporters at his face-to-face events and the progress seen in polls and preliminary voting data seem to predict his re-election.
