A 70-year-old Indiana man was found guilty of sexually abusing and impregnating a 14-year-old girl. The jury deliberated for about 90 minutes before finding him guilty of all three felony counts of sexual misconduct, FOX 59 reported.

According to probable cause documents obtained by FOX59, the investigation began on Aug. 10, 2017, when the victim told her father that David E. Killian, Sr., 70, touched her inappropriately.

She revealed to a Child Protective Services worker that Killian had been touching her for months and the sexual encounters started in March 2017.

The survivor said when Killian would touch her and then rape her, she told him no and he would swear at her, calling her vulgar names.

Police found out the survivor was seven and a half months pregnant in December 2017, according to court documents obtained by FOX 59.

A DNA swab from Killian after the child was born was collected by investigators and they found he was a 99.99 percent match.

Killian was arrested on July 26, 2018, and faced a jury on Sept. 24.

He will be sentenced on Oct. 17, according to FOX 59.
