Five men have been charged after authorities said they allegedly stole $4,400 worth of property from a waterpark in Spring, Texas, according to ABC13.

The Harris County Precinct 5 Constable’s Office identified the suspects as Tyrin Thompson, Sheldon Saunders, Reginal Simmons, Kristan Brown, and Alexander Addarich.

Deputies said on Thursday, July 18, they responded to Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Splashtown in reference to a theft call.

When deputies arrived, they were told several suspects stole backpacks from patrons in the waterpark and fled the scene.

They were able to locate the vehicle with all five suspects in the parking lot. Authorities said they found more than $4,400 in the stolen property during a search and that Simmons also had an open felony warrant for aggravated robbery.

Investigators are still working with the park’s loss and prevention office, and believe that the suspects are also responsible for several other thefts in the park over the past three weeks.

All five suspects were charged with felony theft and booked into the Harris County Jail. Authorities said that once the investigation is complete, more charges will be filed.
