A powerful coalition funded by the Rockefeller Foundation is preparing to identify those who will be vaccinated against the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) Virus, and they have already negotiated with several governments to make the tests mandatory.

The participating organization, The Commons Project, suggests that the process will be gradual but inevitable, offering in exchange a return to “normal life,” according to the Jan. 15 Summit News.

“Individuals are going to need to have to produce vaccination records for a lot of aspects of getting back to life as normal,” Paul Meyer, CEO of that organization, said imperatively.

The group is called the Vaccine Credentials Initiative (VCI), and includes Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle, and the Mayo Clinic, a U.S. health care provider, as well as the support of the globalist World Economic Forum.

Those who are vaccinated will be identified with a QR code that can be carried on their cellphones, or on a form, with the supposed protection of their personal data. This code would be mandatory for travel, work, study.

In fact, it is already being implemented by all airlines registered with the three main associations in the field.

The Rockefeller Foundation website is preparing to label the maximum number of people, focusing on the massive operation as if it were a type of war.

“Coordination of such a massive program should be treated as a wartime effort,” reads the website, and of course it will have its respective army.

The foundation plans to “launch a Covid Community Healthcare Corps for testing and contact tracing,” according to Summit News.

Tracking billions of people around the globe would require a specially designed computer system and a powerful Internet connection, for which the powerful and controversial 5G network, already distributed in most countries, is very timely.

It would seem that permanent monitoring of each individual in the world, and perhaps throughout his or her life, would be necessary for greater effectiveness in the vaccination process.

The multinationals intend to “customize all aspects of the vaccination management lifecycle and integrate closely with other coalition members’ offerings, which will help us all get back to public life,” according to Salesforce Executive Vice President Bill Patterson.

It is understood that those who do not obtain a CCP Virus passport will not be able to travel or participate in social events, among other activities.

This approach to global identification based on health status and whether you agree to take the test or vaccine raises human rights concerns.

For the head of EU data protection, Wojciech Wiewiorowski, the proposal for an immunity passport is “extreme” and he also said it was alarming and “repugnant,” reported Summit News.

The director of the British human rights group Liberty, Grey Collier, pointed out the possible discrimination that could arise with the handling of this type of identification.

“We should all be able to live our lives free from unnecessary interference—but immunity cards risk creating a two-tier system in which some of us have access to freedoms and support while others are shut out,” he said.

He added, “This could result in people who don’t have a card potentially being blocked from essential public services, work or housing—with the most marginalized among us hardest hit.”
