A dictatorship allegedly concealed the real number of patients and deaths linked to the deadly Asian disease, U.S. intelligence has found.
A classified report to the White House has accused the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) of underreporting the number of infections and deaths caused by the CCP Virus.
Three U.S. officials, who asked to remain anonymous due to national security, came forward after realizing the CCP deliberately omitted cases from its own public records on patients testing positive and dying from the pandemic across mainland China.
Two of the same officials found that China’s official data that more than 81,500 people had contracted the CCP Virus and over 3,300 had died was “fake.”
“China’s public reporting on cases and deaths is intentionally incomplete,” they said according to Bloomberg News.
The White House received the shock finding sometime in the past seven days according to one official.
If confirmed to be true, the United States might no longer have the world’s highest number of people infected at 215,000 while the death rate is 5,100 at the time of publication according to the Worldometer website.
Department of State immunologist Dr. Deborah Birx, who is advising the White House, previously agreed the CCP’s official data on the pandemic appeared to have been influenced.
“The medical community made–interpreted the Chinese data as: this was serious but smaller than anyone expected because I think probably we were missing a significant amount of data, now that what we see happened to Italy and see what happened to Spain,” she said according to Fox News.
The CCP has already been accused of multiple coverups and repeatedly changing its recollection of the order of events, especially after critics, doctors, and whistleblowers went public.
Since declaring no more patients tested positive to the disease in the epicenter of Wuhan, the CCP has promoted propaganda to boost the image of the country’s leadership in handling the crisis.
“The only thing better than playing themselves as a victim is showing that they can emerge as a resilient hero,” U.S. Army Sgt. Gregory Barbaccia told Fox News.
Barbaccia suggested the CCP was using the current economic turmoil in Italy and Iran to its advantage, so the Chinese regime would be in a stronger position to increase its foreign influence after the pandemic had passed.
The United Nations recently applauded the CCP for pledging $20 million to the World Health Organization to fight the disease, even though the Chinese regime repeatedly failed to contain the virus and arguably caused the international pandemic.
Chinese officials also did not report the first case of the CCP Virus until being compelled to and evidence has surfaced that the CCP knew about the virus’s potential to reach epidemic levels months earlier according to Fox News.
