Bobby Piton, a mathematician and expert witness who spoke at the election integrity hearing in Phoenix, Arizona, was banned by Twitter on Monday, Nov. 30.
Piton has been investigating the results of the presidential election. He joined President Donald Trump’s legal team to counter Arizona’s certification of election results.
Piton said if he were in such a position, he would “rather resign” than certify Arizona’s election result.
Twitter suspends the account of a witness during his extremely relevant testimony of the impossibility of the voting numbers that occurred in AZ.

“If I was an executive at a publicly traded company, I would never sign that because I risk jail time and having all my money taken from me in lawsuits,” Piton said.
“I believe [the numbers] are fraudulent based on the data,” he added. “I’d be willing to put my life on it; I’m that sure. Assuming that the data that I got from the state and everything else was accurate. So if you’re giving me all inaccurate data from everywhere, then that’s my only caveat.”

On Monday, Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs certified the state’s results, giving its 11 electoral votes to Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden. Democrat Mark Kelly was also certified as the winner of the Senate election in the state.
In a tweet, Piton said that testifying on voter fraud was his “CALL of DUTY to FIGHT!” The tweet has been removed from the social media platform.
“The point of Twitter suspending my Bobby Piton personal account is to prevent me from posting to my Senate account to silence our voice. PLEASE, if you see this, RETWEET this and FOLLOW me. Thanks for the love and support. I feel like testifying was my CALL of DUTY to FIGHT!” Piton wrote.

State Sen. Doug Mastriano (R-Pa.), who spearheaded the first hearing in his home state, also had his personal account suspended by the giant tech company, on Friday, Nov. 27. Twitter later said that it was an “error.”
President Trump, who has most of his posts flagged by Twitter, has likened the company’s actions with those of a communist country, saying that the network is trying to “silence the truth.”
“Wow! Twitter bans highly respected Pennsylvania State Senator Doug Mastriano after he did a great job of leading a hearing on the 2020 Election fraud,” President Trump tweeted. “They and the Fake News, working together, want to SILENCE THE TRUTH. Can’t let that happen. This is what Communist countries do!”
