Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) has again called for impeaching President Joe Biden for abuse of power, saying “he’s a danger to America,” nearly two months into his presidency.

Greene repeated her call in an interview with Real America’s Voice on Wednesday, March 17, in which the lawmaker said that the new president’s policies are killing the American energy industry and inviting tens of thousands of migrants to flock to the United States.

The host David Brody asked what message she was trying to send with the hashtag “#ImpeachBiden” on her Twitter, Greene replied by listing some Biden’s failures.

“I introduced articles of impeachment on Joe Biden early on when I entered Congress back in January. The reason why I did so is because Joe Biden is on record for abusing his office and abusing the positions he holds which are very powerful. It’s an abuse of power,” Greene said.

In the impeachment articles released on Jan. 21, Greene accused Biden of “corrupt actions involving his quid pro quo in Ukraine and his abuse of power by allowing his son, Hunter Biden, to siphon off cash from America’s greatest enemies Russia and China.”

The congresswoman repeated her accusations in the latest interview.

“We know that he’s done these things. He withheld money from Ukraine. He’s on record saying that on video, admitting himself, just to get a certain prosecutor fired that was coming after his son, Hunter,” Greene said.

“Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and his brother James Biden—we all know that they had plans and may still have big plans with business in China having to do with energy companies … At the same time, Biden’s policies kill American oil and coal energy companies. … They’d rather make money on the side over foreign countries’ energy companies. So Joe Biden is on record for abusing his power, just to get his family rich and also enrich himself,” Greene said. “He’s a danger to America.”

Greene added, “We should also impeach Joe Biden for the danger to America that he is causing at the southern border. He is rapidly, rapidly inviting thousands and tens of thousands to enter our country, and he is doing nothing but helping the coyotes and cartels get rich every single day on this process.”

Greene was echoing many other Republican lawmakers and even some Democrats in rebuke of the lack of security at the U.S.–Mexico border, leading to a surge of illegal aliens at the southern border that the Biden administration has denied is a border crisis.

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported more than 100,000 apprehensions of illegal aliens at the southern border in February, a surge of 173% from a year earlier.

The Republicans said that the border crisis is predictable and preventable, but the Biden administration has canceled the construction of the border wall, stopped deporting those who enter the United States illegally, and announced sweeping plans for amnesty.
