The Democratic Party’s plans to expand the Supreme Court and fill its seats with liberal judges has been revealed in a new video released by the independent journalism NGO, Project Veritas, according to the deputy political director of the Democratic candidate for the Georgia Senate, Jon Ossoff, Mike Harris.

The recording shows Harris talking about the Democrats’ plans for the Supreme Court if Joe Biden were to take over the White House next year.

“If Biden gets elected, maybe we’ll add three justices to the Supreme [Court],” Harris said.

““I can’t say that here today [Pack the court,] but (…) The official position of the party right now is not ‘aggressively pack the court,'” added Harris.

“We’re waiting and seeing how the nomination process goes” added Harris regarding the current race for the presidency that will be announced when the Electoral College votes on Dec. 14.

According to The Post Millennial, during the conversation, Harris agreed with Project Veritas’s undercover reporter in suggesting that many government officials are trying to keep a low profile in the face of the progressive stance of expanding the court.

“I think privately, a lot of people share that feeling. But it’s more about trying to prevent conservatives’ vote on the [Supreme] Court,” he said.

Since the confirmation of Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s nomination to replace the late liberal Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Democrats have pushed for an expansion of the court to become law if Joe Biden moves into the White House.

Barrett’s confirmation on the Supreme Court gave the conservatives a slight advantage of 6-3 or 5-4, (given that Chief Justice John Roberts has essentially become a swing vote), according to an opinion column by Real Clear Politics.

Last October, through a letter to Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, a Democrat, 20 progressive elected officials in New York called for a compromise on expanding the court.

“Congressional Democrats must end the filibuster and pass legislation to expand the court. Should he win, Joe Biden must sign it into law,” they wrote in the letter.

According to conservative radio host and writer Dennis Prager, an expansion of the Supreme Court would lead to an exponential growth of 50% for each term change, forever changing the way the Supreme Court is known.

Justice Ginsburg herself once opposed the Democratic presidential candidates’ plan to expand the court, saying that such a decision would make the Supreme Court “look partisan.”

Ossoff along with Democrat Ralph Warnock are vying for seats with Republican Sens. David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler in the Georgia Senate.

The runoff election is currently the focus of funding for leftist billionaires George Soros and Michael Bloomberg through the Black PACK capital fund that recently announced $300,000 in campaign spending for the two Democratic candidates.
