Special counsel Robert Mueller’s report [PDF} definitively confirmed there was no collusion by President Donald Trump. The president took to social media to connect with the American people through humor, and to voice heartfelt thoughts.

President’s Response on Twitter

On the day the full-yet-redacted report was released, the president responded to critics in his typically humorous way. He posted an image that said, “GAME OVER” on a picture of the president standing amid the fog.

The image also repeated words the president has confidently said over and over during the entire investigation: “No collusion, No obstruction.” He said those words were for “the haters and the radical left Democrats.”

Experts agree it was a jocular shot, but a deserved one. Brand experts have even said, the president’s “Game Over” tweet was the equivalent of “five Super Bowl ads,” according to Apex Marketing, which tracked the post’s coverage on TV, radio, and online, reported NBC.

He’s no branding expert, but he did win the presidency in 2016.

Mark His Words …

The president stated well over 200 times in press conferences and on social media that he was not colluding with the Russians. Everyone waited for the report.

After countless negatively-biased reports, the formation of an anti-Trump “resistance” consisting of mostly outraged liberals, and alternative hyper-partisan media catering to them—not to mention a two-year investigation that began shortly after his inauguration—President Trump may likely be feeling vindicated.

Even Ted Koppel and Lara Logan have recently chimed in that mainstream media seem like they are out to get Trump.

The Next Day

The “game” may be over, but very real and true legalities regarding the investigation are not.

President Trump let his haters know, “It is now finally time to turn the tables,” on April 19.

He began his three-tweet message at 4:53 a.m. EDT with: “Statements are made about me by certain people in the Crazy Mueller Report, in itself written by 18 Angry Democrat Trump Haters, which are fabricated & totally untrue. Watch out for people that take so-called ‘notes,’ when the notes never existed until needed. Because I never….”

Fifteen minutes later the president continued his tweet. “… agreed to testify, it was not necessary for me to respond to statements made in the “Report” about me, some of which are total bullshit & only given to make the other person look good (or me to look bad). This was an Illegally Started Hoax that never should have happened, a …”

Hours Later

At 1:47 p.m. EDT he continued his tweet with, “….big, fat, waste of time, energy and money – $30,000,000 to be exact. It is now finally time to turn the tables and bring justice to some very sick and dangerous people who have committed very serious crimes, perhaps even Spying or Treason. This should never happen again!”
