A court ruling supported the prevention of possible fraud in mail-in voting, raised by President Donald Trump.

The Texas Supreme Court ruled that a lack of immunity from the CCP virus does not qualify as a physical disability that would give voters the right to vote by mail, according to the Houston Chronicle on May 27.

President Trump called the ruling a victory and wrote in one of his tweets: “Big win in Texas on the dangerous Mail In Voting Scam!

The Democrats, defend voting by mail, arguing that “it was more democratic,” and, in fact, several lower courts had ruled in its favor.

“Standing in those lines, for that amount of time, going to places that are enclosed, is dangerous to your health,” said House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, according to the Washington Examiner.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton argued that the possibility of contracting the coronavirus is not a disability that warrants a mail-in ballot, which was affirmed by Chief Justice Nathan Hecht and six other justices out of nine.

Numerous cases support the risk that absentee ballots are susceptible to fraud and error.

“Absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential electoral fraud,” was a conclusion of the 2005 bipartisan report by the Federal Election Reform Commission, chaired by former President Jimmy Carter and former Secretary of State James Baker III.

Additionally, more than 28 million mail-in ballots were lost in the past 10 years.

Using mail-in ballots makes it more difficult to detect vote-buying, and even votes that are easily obtained in nursing homes have become famous, there is even a name for this: “granny farming.”

Also, a study by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) found a 21% loss of votes in the 2008 presidential election, due to different causes.

The upcoming presidential election will be particularly close, although the prognosis is strongly in favor of President Trump’s re-election.

President Trump has not only strongly defended America’s traditional values but has also kept his promises and obtained high economic ratings, as well as majority approval of his administration.

Likewise, a predictive model by political scientists gives President Trump a 91% chance of beating Biden in November.

The Democrats’ unsuccessful insistence on investigating and removing Trump seems to have worked against them, to the extent that many of his supporters chose to join him for re-election.
