President Donald Trump plans to visit Minnesota in October for the next campaign rally.
The Trump campaign announced Friday, Sept. 27, that the president will host a “Keep America Great” rally on Oct. 10 at 7:00 pm CDT at Target Center in Minneapolis.
The rally will be a chance for President Trump to win Minnesota as a Republican stronghold.
According to The Associated Press, President Trump lost this state to Hillary Clinton by just 1.5 percentage points in the 2016 election, but he has frequently expressed his desire to win it in 2020.
President Trump’s success in breaking the Democrats’ so-called blue wall in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania was key to him winning the election.
The recent rallies have all brought huge parties for his supporters. At the latest rally in New Mexico on Sept. 16, the 7,500- capacity Santa Ana Star Center was packed, so thousands of people had to watch the president’s speech on a large screen outside the venue in Rio Rancho.
The previous rallies in North Carolina, Ohio, and Florida also attracted massive crowds who came to show their support for the president.
