President Donald Trump blamed the mayor of Los Angeles for “urging the illegals to beat the system” and for giving them priority over U.S. citizens and federal immigration officials.

Trump insisted that Democratic Mayor Eric Garcetti’s duty is to protect residents rather than endanger them, according to a tweet he issued while on a three-day tour of the city.

“The Mayor’s efforts to shield illegal aliens endangers the lives of the public and law enforcement who have to go into the field to apprehend those released. He shouldn’t be urging illegals to beat the system, he should be urging them to safely turn themselves in!” Trump wrote.

Garcetti released a video in which he disclosed that the Los Angeles Police Department does not cooperate with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement when they attempt to detain illegal aliens.

“Remember, you have the right to remain silent. You don’t have to open your door to an ICE agent that doesn’t have a warrant signed by a judge. You have the right to speak to a lawyer before signing any documents or speaking to law enforcement,” the mayor instructed the illegals to evade immigration authorities.

“Countless Americans are murdered by criminal illegal aliens,” President Trump stressed during his State of the Union address, for whom the safety of citizens is one of his concerns.

The response of internet users was in support of the president’s concern for the protection of citizens.

“The biggest reason I vote Republican is because of this. The Democrats put the lives of illegal aliens ahead of American citizens & I’ll never forget that,” responded Scott Presler.

Another user described the characteristics usually displayed by Democrats, whose party Garcetti belongs to.

“They do not support our God, our flag, or our hard-earned freedom,” wrote @JanKelly5.

Amid all the social problems that the state of California is going through, its Democratic leaders insist on the establishment of sanctuary cities, which prevent the police from collaborating with immigration officials in the fulfillment of their duties.

On the other hand, indigence and large numbers of homeless people are other difficulties faced by citizens in that part of America.

Dirt with human waste on the streets, drug addiction, and continuous shoplifting have forced many people to migrate to other cities in the country.
