President Trump asked on Saturday why “radical left-wing media” like CNN and The New York Times are allowed to be on Twitter and Facebook because of their “so wrong” coverage of Russia’s investigation.

The president also called for these media to apologize for “Russian Collusion Delusion.”

“When will the Radical Left Wing Media apologize to me for knowingly getting the Russia Collusion Delusion story so wrong? The real story is about to happen! Why is @nytimes, @washingtonpost, @CNN, @MSNBC allowed to be on Twitter & Facebook. Much of what they do is FAKE NEWS!”

On Thursday, May 2, Facebook said it banned some individuals, such as the founder of Infowars, Alex Jones; Milo Yiannopoulos, former Breitbart News editor; and political activist, Laura Loomer, for breaching hate-speaking and violent social media policies.

“We’ve always banned individuals or organizations that promote or engage in violence and hate, regardless of ideology,” a Facebook spokeswoman said in a statement.

The banning has raised concerns from many conservatives that right-wing voices are being censored or discriminated against by Facebook.

The president also raised concerns about banning conservative figures on social media platforms.

On Twitter late Friday, Trump posted that he was “so surprised” to see people like Watson and actor James Woods banned from Facebook, and said that others, including social media personalities “Diamond and Silk” had been treated “horribly.”

“I am continuing to monitor the censorship of AMERICAN CITIZENS on social media platforms. This is the United States of America – and we have what’s known as FREEDOM OF SPEECH! We are monitoring and watching, closely!!” Trump tweeted on Friday.

In March, Trump accused Facebook, Google’s Alphabet Inc., and Twitter of favoring Democratic content and blocking Republican material.
