Vice President Mike Pence, on Friday, Oct. 23, asked Democratic candidate Joe Biden to be honest with the American people and to give concrete answers about the accusations that link him and his son Hunter to a corruption scandal. He also criticized the media that seeks to cover for the former vice president.

Pence told Fox News’s “Hannity” in an exclusive interview on Friday night, “The American people have a right to know what Joe Biden and his family have been up to.”

During the interview, Pence pointed to a video that went viral in which Joe Biden openly joked with the Council on Foreign Relations about the extortion he practiced while he was vice president on the president of Ukraine, threatening to withhold a $1 billion loan if he did not fire the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin, who was investigating a company for corruption where his son Hunter worked.

Recently, President Trump also denounced this operation with a video on Twitter in which you can hear Joe Biden admitting to extortion. “This is the one and only story,” Trump wrote.

More evidence of Joe Biden’s pressure on Ukraine’s rulers and his relationship with executives at Burisma where his son worked was found in an email list recently published by The New York Post.

Regarding the Biden family’s dirty business overseas, while Joe Biden was vice president, Fox News released information from an email detailing a “key domestic contact list” for the development of a joint venture involving Jim and Hunter Biden and CEFC China Energy Co. a Chinese company now bankrupt.

Tony Bobulinski, a former business partner of Hunter Biden, announced Wednesday night to Fox News that he has information that can confirm the details of their overseas business.

“I realized the Chinese were not really focused on a healthy financial (return on investment),”  Bobulinski said. “They were looking at this as a political or influence investment. Once I realized that Hunter wanted to use the company as his personal piggy bank by just taking money out of it as soon as it came from the Chinese, I took steps to prevent that from happening.”

“I’ve seen Vice President Biden saying he never talked to Hunter about his business. I’ve seen firsthand that that’s not true, because it wasn’t just Hunter’s business,” Bobulinski remarked.

Pence took the opportunity to point out that mainstream media chose to protect the Bidens by avoiding coverage and research on the issue. Even the giant Twitter blocked The Post’s account, refusing to unblock it until it removed the tweets from the controversy.

“Suddenly the media has lost any interest whatsoever in foreign efforts to influence people in American politics,” Pence said.
