Concern is growing in the country about the espionage case that could involve a California congressman, who had the approval of the Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), to belong to the House Intelligence Committee.

For House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.), Rep. Eric Swalwell (R-Calif.), should be removed from the House Intelligence Committee and Congress for this case, Breitbart reported on Dec. 8.

McCarthy pondered whether Pelosi knew that Swalwell was the target of a possible Chinese spy who disappeared after the FBI investigated her in 2015, after four active years in California.

Did Nancy Pelosi know this had happened when she put him on the committee, McCarthy asked on the Fox News “Ingraham Angle.”

Committee members of the Intelligence Committee, “are only selected for the Intel Committee by the leaders of their party, meaning Nancy Pelosi. Nancy Pelosi is one of the Gang of Eight, along with myself,” McCarthy explained according to the Daily Wire.

He also recalled the case of Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s driver, who after working with her for 20 years was accused of spying for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

“We have our Sen. Dianne Feinstein, for two decades, the personal assistant that heard all the private phone calls in the car and others, a Chinese spy,” McCarthty said.

In addition, McCarthy continued to question several circumstances that were unsettling.

“Why did the Democrats pull out of the bipartisan China task force I had set up? Why did Speaker Pelosi pull out of that? McCarthy asked. “Why have they denied certain bills that would hold China accountable, that have passed the Senate, not come to the floor? Why do they focus on Silicon Valley members of Congress,” McCarthy inquired. “Why is he still on the Intel. Committee? Why is he still a member of Congress? Did Adam Schiff know, as chairman of that committee, that he had this problem?”

Among Swalwell’s other implications, McCarthy noted that he was the only one attacking Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe, who has repeatedly warned that Chinese Communist Party is the greatest threat facing the United States.

Swalwell’s relationship with potential Chinese agent Fang Fang dates back to at least 2011, when she helped him raise funds to boost his political campaign, once elected he installed one of her advisers in Swalwell’s office.

They also seem to have had other relationships. “U.S. Intelligence officials believe Fang had a sexual relationship with Eric Swalwell,” Fox News host Tucker Carlson reported Dec. 8, according to the Daily Wire.

The CCP’s leaks into the U.S. government and power groups are becoming increasingly pressing, as a Chinese professor boasted at a conference in Beijing late last month.
