U.S. Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz would be ready to publish his “damning” FISA abuse report before Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 28, which would contain several “criminal referrals,” investigative journalist Sara Carter reported on her website.

For more than a year and a half, Horowitz has been investigating an alleged abuse of FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) by the Obama Justice Department and FBI during the 2016 elections against President Trump.

But the report apparently uncovers not just an “abuse of FISA,” but a whole campaign of conspiracy against President Trump orchestrated by the Democratic Party complicit with U.S. intelligence agencies.

In addition, the Horowitz report will likely result in the declassification of documents that high-ranking Republican legislators have been requesting for several years.

According to Carter, the documents will contain several classified pages from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act about Trump’s former campaign adviser, Carter Page, exculpatory evidence that was withheld from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, the so-called Gang of Eight folder, as well as the email chain between FBI investigators in the Russian probe and then FBI Director James Comey.

The Justice Department and the FBI obtained orders in 2016 to watch Trump’s adviser, Carter Page. It is not clear, at this time, whether Page was the only Trump official against whom the Department of Justice obtained a FISA order.

Partially drafted versions of the FBI’s FISA order to monitor Page revealed that the FBI relied on a largely discredited dossier written by former British spy Christopher Steele that was funded by Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee. But the FBI apparently concealed that fact in its request for a warrant, telling the secret court only that the dossier was prepared at the behest of an unidentified presidential campaign.

Finally the collusion of Trump’s campaign with Russia—which was Steele’s starting point at the request of the Democrats—not only could not be proved and was a farce, but this conspiracy turned against them and they are now being investigated.

Horowitz’s report would also contain evidence that the FBI treated Hillary Clinton’s campaign differently from Donald Trump’s, according to Sara Carter.

It will also confirmed that Hillary Clinton received a report from the FBI on foreign attempts to infiltrate her campaign, something the FBI never offered Trump’s campaign.

Last month Horowitz sent a two-page letter to the Capitol updating legislators on his upcoming report on FISA abuse.

“I anticipate that the final report will be released publicly with few redactions,” Horowitz wrote.

It should be noted that Horowitz does not have the power to charge anyone, he can only refer people for prosecution.

However, the report will likely generate new investigations in Congress as well as provide critical information to other federal reviews that could prove allegations of abuse by the Justice Department and the FBI.

President Trump has been promoting the publication of the long-awaited report.

“The IG report is going to come out soon, and we’ll see what happens,” the president told reporters last month, adding, “I’m waiting for the report like everybody else.”

“But I predict you will see things that you don’t even believe, the level of corruptionwhether it’s Comey; whether it’s Strzok and his lover, Page; whether it’s so many other people — McCabe; whether it’s President Obama himself,” added President Trump.
