The organization Just Facts released a study on Nov. 8 to quantify the illegal votes of nonresidents in the presidential election in states where President Trump is currently challenging the results for election irregularities and fraud, and concluded that Biden received approximately 165,000 illegal votes.

The study concluded,  “A wealth of facts show that there are ample openings for noncitizens to illegally vote and that roughly 16% of them voted in the 2008 and 2012 presidential elections. If this was also the case in the 2020 battleground states where Biden currently has slim leads, the numbers of noncitizens in these states and their preference for Democrats may have netted Biden enough fraudulent votes to tip the overall election winner from Trump to Biden.”

The study by Just Facts, a research and education institute dedicated to publishing comprehensive, straightforward, and rigorously documented facts on public policy issues, adds to the long list of fraudulent tactics used by the Democratic Party to steal the presidential election.

According to the study, the numbers of votes obtained by the Democratic candidate in the 7 key states are:

Arizona: 51,081
Georgia: 54,950
Michigan: 22,585
Nevada: 22,021
North Carolina: 46,218
Pennsylvania: 32,706
Wisconsin: 5,010

To these figures the study applied an approximate 30% margin of error, which gives us a final figure of 165,000 approximately nonresident votes for Biden.

Under federal law, all 51 states require that only legal citizens may vote in any election. However, this requirement is not enforced in practice. Some states require driver’s licenses, utility bills, or bank statements to list voters on the voter rolls, but these documents do not prove one’s citizenship.

In addition, there are criminal organizations dedicated to selling “packages” of false documents that include social security numbers, driver’s licenses, green cards, etc., making it difficult to implement this regulation rigorously without a dedicated federal agency.

Nonresidents tend to vote Democratic.

In 2016, when former President Obama was asked if he would arrest nonresidents or illegal aliens when they voted, Obama not only denied it, but encouraged them to vote, “Not true. And the reason is, first of all, when you vote, you are a citizen yourself. And there is not a situation where the voting rolls somehow are transferred over, and people start investigating, etcetera.”

In fact, the promises of open borders, free public health care for illegal aliens, and noncitizens, are promises that Democrats make publicly to draw this population of illegal voters into their ranks.

The study analyzed the impact that nonresident votes have on elections: the 2019 Census estimates that there are about 21,749,984 noncitizens in the United States. If only 5% of them vote in an election, in the 2012 election 17% of them voted, this implies millions of illegal votes that can determine the winner when the difference is small, like the ones that can be seen today in Georgia, Arizona, and Wisconsin, where the margins do not exceed 20,000 votes between the candidates (not taking into account that millions of Biden’s votes are questionable).

The author of the study also diplomatically attacked mainstream media and social media such as Facebook and Twitter that have done everything possible to lie to the public that there is no evidence of election fraud, “Some media outlets and ‘fact checkers’ have tried to contest the reality that substantial numbers of noncitizens vote in U.S. elections, but a multitude of facts from academic books and journals have shown that their arguments consist of mathematically illiterate notions, half-truths, and outright falsehoods.”
