Attorney Lin Wood has urged Vice President Mike Pence and Chief Justice John Roberts to resign from their current positions, warning that they could face arrests for treason for refusing to join the legal efforts to overturn a fraudulent presidential election.

In a couple of tweets on Friday, Jan. 1, Wood called on Pence to “resign immediately unless he publicly states that he will reject electors from states where fraud occurred” on Jan. 6 when the two chambers of Congress meet to count the electoral votes.

Wood, who has made some bold claims of voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election, argued that “a man of God would NEVER certify a lie.”

Referring to the chief justice, Wood said that Roberts, and Justice Stephen Breyer, should step down from their positions on the Supreme Court by Jan. 2 noon.

Wood stated, “Roberts & Breyer are not worthy to interpret our Constitution,” which is based on God’s laws.

Earlier on Friday, Wood also warned that Pence, Roberts, and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) could be at top of a list of arrests for treason because they are a part of the main participants in the theft of the presidential election that also include George Soros, Bill Gates, and the CIA.

Wood was referring to Pence’s power to block the election of Democrat Joe Biden on Jan. 6 when Pence—as president of the Senate—will oversee the joint session of Congress and declare the winner of the White House race.

Earlier this week, Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) and 11 other Republican Party members filed a lawsuit seeking to compel Pence to intervene in the Electoral College certification, arguing that several states followed unconstitutional processes of choosing electors. They warn declaring Biden the next president will violate the Constitution according to existing procedures for Congress to count electoral votes after a presidential election.

However, Pence on Thursday asked a federal judge to toss the Republican lawmakers’ bid to overturn the election results, and the judge on Friday rejected the lawsuit.

In a response, Gohmert stated in a brief, “Under the Constitution, he [Pence] has the authority to conduct that proceeding as he sees fit. He may count elector votes certified by a state’s executive, or he can prefer a competing slate of duly qualified electors. He may ignore all electors from a certain state. That is the power bestowed upon him by the Constitution.”

Gohmert added that the 12th Amendment of the Constitution “unequivocally entrusts to him all the prerogatives and rights to determine what electoral votes to count.”

Wood painted a prospect for the election results in which Pence is arrested, then Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, a “truth-giver,” will save the election.

“If Pence is arrested, @SecPompeo will save the election. Pence will be in jail awaiting trial for treason. He will face execution by firing squad. He is a coward & will sing like a bird & confess ALL,” he tweeted on Friday.
