Attorney Sidney Powell filed a 104-page complaint in Georgia of massive election fraud on Wednesday night, Nov. 25.

Harmeet K. Dhillon, a legal adviser for President Donald Trump, summarized the key allegations made in Powell’s suit.

She acknowledged that while some of Powell’s major arguments, including hackable Dominion Voting Systems software, thousands of ballots preprinted for Democratic candidate Joe Biden, “would be enough to change the election results,” there is a simpler path to victory for the president.

“To me, the easiest way to reach the goal [of overturning the election] is something much simpler alleged in the complaint at para. 121,” wrote Dhillon. “That thousands of specific, identifiable voters, cast ballots after they moved out of state as evidenced in their registration in a national database, and may even have cast votes in their new states also, which can easily be checked against the other state’s records. This accounts for thousands of votes.” “The other category Matt Braynard has researched & documented, is thousands of identifiable, specific registrations at fraudulent addresses such as P.O. Boxes, nonresidential, etc.”

She continued, “These seem to be specific and of a sufficient volume that their disqualification would affect the outcome of the election. I think this simple tack—much easier to grasp and prove than the more complicated theories—is compelling.”

Dominion Voting Systems used a software from Smartmatic, a company that raised serious concerns in the past few years relating to voting security. Smartmatic allegedly manipulated votes in favor of former Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chávez and its CEO admitted that “at least 1 million” fraudulent votes were created in 2017 Venezuelan election.

In her filling, Powell made the case for a scheme centered on modern “ballot stuffing” hidden by voter machine algorithms that switched thousands of votes from President Trump to Biden.

Powell asked the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia for an “emergency declaratory judgment that voting machines be seized and impounded immediately for a forensic audit.”

“The scheme and artifice to defraud was for the purpose of illegally and fraudulently manipulating the vote count to make certain the election of Joe Biden as President of the United States,” the lawsuit says. “The fraud was executed by many means, but the most fundamentally troubling, insidious, and egregious is the systemic adaptation of old-fashioned ‘ballot-stuffing.’ It has now been amplified and rendered virtually invisible by computer software created and run by domestic and foreign actors for that very purpose.”
