Sen. Kamala Harris (-Calif.), Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s running mate, on Monday, Sept. 14, spoke of the “Harris administration” during a virtual roundtable with small business owners in Arizona.
“As part of our Build Back Better agenda, we will need to make sure you have a president in the White House who actually sees you, who understands your needs, who understands the dignity of your work and who has your back,” Harris said.
‘A Harris administration, together with Joe Biden as the president of the United States,” Harris said and quickly clarified, “The Biden-Harris administration will provide access to $100 billion in low-interest loans and investments from minority business owners.”

Harris’s remarks came as many people including Democrat strategists continue to express concerns that Biden is unable to serve a full term as president due to his age and cognitive abilities.
The former vice president on Monday once again raised questions over his cognitive fitness when he appeared to be unable to remember where he is going tomorrow.

President Donald Trump has said Biden is “a Trojan Horse for the radical left” and frequently questioned Biden’s stamina and challenged him to take a cognitive test.
Biden has hinted that he might serve only one term if he wins and conceded he is merely a placeholder.
“I view myself as a transition candidate,” Biden said during an online fundraiser, reported The New York Times. “You got to get more people on the bench that are ready to go in—‘Put me in coach, I’m ready to play.’ Well, there’s a lot of people that are ready to play, women and men.”
The Trump campaign has pushed for more debates with Biden. The president on Monday said he wanted a debate, which “would be four hours with no live audience,” with Joe moderated by podcast host Joe Rogan. Meanwhile, Biden stayed silent on the challenge.

President Trump also said he opposed Harris becoming the first woman president of the United States.
“People don’t like her. Nobody likes her. She could never be the first woman president. That would be an insult to our country,” the president said during his rally in North Carolina last week.
“You know who’s further left than crazy Bernie [Sanders (I-Vt.)]? Kamala,” he added.
Harris is still actively raising money for a Minnesota bail fund that has supported suspected violent criminals, including murder and sex crimes, according to Daily Caller.
