So far, the campaign of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, has refused to say whether the former vice president will cooperate with an FBI criminal investigation into his son, Hunter Biden.
Sinclair investigative journalist James Rosen reported that the FBI launched a criminal investigation against Hunter and his associates in 2019 that focused on money laundering.
Following Rosen’s report, Breitbart News consulted with Biden’s campaign on Thursday, Oct. 29.
In light of Sinclair TV’s Rosen’s reporting that the FBI opened a criminal investigation in 2019 into Hunter Biden and his associates focused on allegations of money laundering and that it remains open and active today, I would like to ask the following:
1) Do former Vice President Joe Biden, his son Hunter Biden, and brother James Biden intend to cooperate with the FBI investigation?
2) If elected president, will Joe Biden commit to not pardoning Hunter if the FBI charges him with a crime that he may be convicted of?
The conservative media reported that it did not receive a response to their inquiry.
The owner of a Delaware computer shop, John Paul Mac Isaac, said he gave Hunter’s laptop to the FBI in December 2019 after the former vice president’s son delivered it for repair. He explained that he did so after seeing the disturbing content on it.
According to Robert Costello, attorney for former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who also accessed the documents on the laptop, the hard drive contains some 40,000 emails, thousands of text messages, photographs, and videos from Hunter in “very compromising positions.”
The material, which triggered a political scandal, details spurious Hunter business dealings abroad with contacts in China and Ukraine, among other countries, and in which his father, Joe Biden, was involved.
Rosen also reported that a former Hunter business partner, Tony Bobulinski, was interviewed by the FBI on Oct. 23, for five hours about Biden’s overseas business dealings. Bobulinski has said that Hunter Biden’s father, Joe Biden, was involved in those deals.
BREAKING: Tony Bobulinski says the team of @FBI agents who interviewed him for five hours last Friday were "taking extensive notes and asked multiple questions" about Hunter Biden's texts on Burisma and Ukraine. More to come soon on this feed and your @WeAreSinclair stations.

In a dialogue with Fox News’s Tucker Carlson, Bobulinski explained that Hunter Biden had acted as the personal lawyer of the president of a major Chinese energy company to buy 14 percent of Russia’s state-owned oil company Rosneft.
