Rudy Giuliani has revealed that he plans to uncover a massive pay-for-play scheme related to former Vice President Joe Biden that will devastate the Democrat Party, though he might be intimidated.

In a series of tweets on Saturday, Nov. 23, Giuliani—attorney for President Donald Trump, said he might be intimidated by unveiling the pattern of corruption he had found, but warned that the Biden family’s documents would be released immediately if he disappeared.

“I discovered a pattern of corruption that the Washington press covered up for years!” he tweeted. “I’m also going to bring out a massive pay-for-play scheme under the Obama administration that will devastate the Democrat Party.”

“Do you honestly think I’m intimidated?” he asked.

But the former federal prosecutor then gave himself an answer, “The Mafia couldn’t kill me so NO, I am not worried about the swamp press!”

Giuliani said that he had “files in my safe about the Biden Family’s 4 decade monetizing of his office.”

“If I disappear, it will immediately appear immediately along with my RICO chart,” Giuliani continued.

Giuliani was mentioning the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), a federal law aimed at prosecuting organized crime, which may imply he still has information that has not been released publicly from his days as a U.S. attorney, according to Bloomberg.

Giuliani also announced on Saturday that he sent a letter to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) to ask for urgent help as Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) is advancing the impeachment push based on inadmissible evidence that should be investigated or even prosecuted.

In the letter, Giuliani said there are at least three witnesses who have direct evidence of Democrat criminal conspiracy with Ukrainians to prevent President Trump from being president, with the alternative to remove him from office based on contrived charges. These witnesses have oral, documentary, and recorded evidence of the Biden family’s involvement in bribery, money laundering, Hobbs Act extortion, and other possible crimes.

Giuliani said the witnesses are willing and able to come to the United States and inform of the corruption, election interference and other crimes, but Ambassador Bill Taylor’s embassy in Kyiv refused them visa.

Regarding the pay-for-play pattern in the Obama administration, Giuliani said the Biden situation is not limited to Ukraine but instead extends to other places where Biden was Obama’s “Point Man.”

“In fact, everywhere Biden was ‘Point Man’, the Biden family happened to enrich themselves. Iraq and China are two other notorious examples. Indeed, this conduct of monetizing Biden’s office, by his family, seems to go way back to his early days in the Senate,” Giuliani wrote.

Giuliani said that the allegations against Biden are highly credible, and the conduct, if true, is corrupt at the highest levels of both the American and Ukrainian governments.

Giuliani added that President Trump was fully justified and legally obligated in requesting this important investigation, of very serious criminal allegations, because no one else had the courage to do so.
