Activists in the #StopTheSteal movement are calling on all of President Trump’s supporters to head to Arizona to organize several meetings over the weekend.
The group, composed of conservative activists as well as Republican strategists, hopes to gather a massive congregation of ‘patriots’ in front of the Arizona State Capitol, where a public hearing will be held Monday, nov. 30, between members of the Legislature and the president’s lawyers, Gateway Pundit said.
The meeting, which will take place at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix at 9:00 a.m., will be attended by Republican Reps. Paul Gosar and Kelli Ward, as well as the leaders of #StopTheSteal.
StopTheSteal organizer Ali Alexander told Gateway Pundit that they were looking for Republican leaders to attend the event.
“We cannot wait for the slow State Senate. If Republicans want to avoid a primary, they’ll show up to meet their voters Monday morning and stand with President Trump. If not, we’ll know who is slow walking the election integrity issue. In a republic, they work for us,” Alexander added.
Meanwhile, influencer and Republican activist Michael Coudrey, who will also be present during the event, said, “The #StopTheSteal campaign has one main goal, to ensure honest, transparent and legitimate elections.”
Jenna Ellis, one of the president’s attorneys, said, “We are pleased that the State Legislatures in Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Michigan will be convening hearings to examine the November 3rd presidential election.”
Mark Finchem, one of the legislators who scheduled the event, said, “After a review of the statistical anomalies, and there are to numbers [sic] to count, affidavits of improper actions, and community outrage that has grown out of what appears to voters to be an attempt to throw the election through a number of fraudulent efforts, we decided as a Members [sic] of the Legislature, and not as members of any specific committee, that we should move forward with a public hearing.”
“The Arizona State Legislature will hold a hearing on the integrity of the election on Monday, November 30. Mayor @RudyGiuliani and I will be present on behalf of President @realDonaldTrump,” Ellis wrote on her Twitter account.
The event website details that Trump’s legal team will appear via video conference “to attend an investigative hearing with select members of the Arizona House and Senate and a panel of experts,” according to the Washington Examiner.
By the same day, Arizona’s secretary of state is expected to certify Joe Biden’s results, despite numerous complaints of voter fraud throughout the state.
