The Supreme Court turned a blind eye to Democrats resorting to unlawful means to win the election, a Republican senator from Texas said.
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) is shocked by the Supreme Court’s unanimous decision to reject an emergency appeal to stop the Pennsylvania from certifying results from the November election.
“The application for injunctive relief presented to Justice [Samuel] Alito and by him referred to the Court is denied,” the order said, according to the Daily Wire.
Cruz revealed the justices were unwilling to hear a Pennsylvania Republican congressman’s concerns about the voting system’s integrity and just wanted the election to be over without taking the time to verify who actually won.
“I am disappointed that the Court decided not to hear the case challenging the election results in PA,” he said on Twitter.
The senator believes the court’s rejection will prevent Trump supporters from attaining closure. They will always wonder if the Democratic Party really did use postal voting to steal the election from President Trump.
“The anger and division we see across the Nation needs resolution,” he continued.
One of the many unanswered questions is why the Pennsylvania state Legislature was allowed to introduce voting rules that directly violated the state Constitution.
“This appeal filed raised important and serious legal issues,” Cruz said. “Late last year, the Pennsylvania Legislature passed a law that purported to allow universal mail-in voting, notwithstanding the Pennsylvania Constitution’s express prohibition … I believe the court had a responsibility to ensure our elections follow the law and the Constitution.”
A Trump supporter known as Maj. Patriot believes the Supreme Court decision is just a minor setback because the “wheels are coming off” of the Democratic Party’s election irregularities.
“Trump’s inspired massive MAGA tsunami turnout forced them to cheat so big they lost their minds in a fraud frenzy,” Maj. Patriot said on Twitter.
The Oval Office called an alleged nationwide manipulation of ballots an act of desperation by the Democrats.
“They got caught because we were leading by so much more than they ever thought possible,” the president said on Twitter. “Late night ballot ‘dumps’ went crazy!”
President Trump previously expressed concerns through the justice system about evidence of several election irregularities that transpired in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and other jurisdictions.
These complaints are based on individual time-stamped entries that clearly show the president had a comfortable lead against Biden until early on the morning after Election Day.
“Trump was leading above 51 percent all night and then lost the lead [in Wisconsin] with the data dump,” one voting tally chart noted in a screenshot shared on Twitter. “Data dump giving Biden 143,379 votes at 3:42 a.m.”
A second individual time-stamped entry set shows the president had between a 51 and 53 percent lead over Biden in Michigan until the morning after, on Nov. 4.
“At 6:31 a.m., a vote dump of 149,772 votes came in. Biden received 134,886 votes,” the voting tally chart stated in a screenshot shared on Twitter. “That is 96% of the batch.”
