Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), used his Twitter account on Sunday, Nov. 29, to point out a recent analysis of vote recount anomalies in three key states whose results are disputed by President Trump’s legal team.

In his tweet, Paul left a link to a report by Vote Integrity, an independent data analysis group that, using mathematical formulas, questioned the irregularity or anomaly of the Democratic candidate’s early morning vote spikes and shed light on the manipulation of the elections.

“In the early hours of November 4th, 2020, Democratic candidate Joe Biden received several major ‘vote spikes’ that substantially—and decisively—improved his electoral position in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia. Much skepticism and uncertainty surrounds these ‘vote spikes,’” explains the introduction to the analysis.

“Critics point to suspicious vote counting practices, extreme differences between the two major candidates’ vote counts, and the timing of the vote updates, among other factors, to cast doubt on the legitimacy of some of these spikes,” continues the executive summary from Vote Integrity.

While it explains that data analysis alone cannot prove fraud, it does highlight an irregularity that deserves closer scrutiny.

The report clarifies that it used published data available from the media in 8,954 individual updates in the vote count (differences in each candidate’s vote totals between successive changes to the ongoing vote totals, colloquially also called “dumps” or “batches”).

The analysis explains that all the updates follow a similar pattern but out of the 8954 updates they discovered 4 that are particularly “aberrant” that happened in the same 4-hour period in the states of Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

“Of the 8,954 vote updates used in the analysis, these four decisive updates were the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 7th most anomalous updates in the entire data set. Not only does each of these vote updates not follow the generally observed pattern, but the anomalous behavior of these updates is particularly extreme,” the report explains.

The four anomalous updates on Nov. 4 were as follows:

  1. In Michigan at 6:31 a.m. showed 141,258 votes for Joe Biden and 5,968 votes for Donald Trump
  2. In Wisconsin at 3:42 a.m. showed 143,379 votes for Joe Biden and 25,163 votes for Donald Trump
  3. In Georgia at 1:34 a.m. showed 136,155 votes for Joe Biden and 29,115 votes for Donald Trump
  4. In Michigan at 3:50 a.m. showed 54,497 votes for Joe Biden and 4,718 votes for Donald Trump

By the end of election night, President Donald J. Trump had a lead of about 100,000 votes in Wisconsin, a lead of about 300,000 votes in Michigan, and a lead of about 700,000 votes in Pennsylvania.

Many precincts in these states announced a “pause” in the count and dispatched Republican observers from the polls to their homes, however, during the night the numbers continued to change meaning that the count continued without the observers.

In the early hours of the next morning, Biden went on to win Wisconsin and Michigan shortly thereafter. A few days later, Georgia and Pennsylvania followed suit. Given the uncertain context, many American observers and commentators were immediately skeptical of these trends.

The extent of the fraud committed by the Democrats is so intricate and massive that attorney Lin Wood of the We the People group yesterday asked President Trump to use his executive power to declare a limited martial law to hold the election again.
