Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) is leading a campaign in the House to urge House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) to immediately initiate congressional hearings on the alarming election fraud.

In a letter Brooks pointed to the existence of “dozens” of lawsuits for various forms of fraud, which should be debated in Congress on Jan. 6, according to the Dec. 16 National File.

“This election was stolen by the socialists engaging in extraordinary voter fraud and election theft measures,” Brooks recently denounced.

Brooks addressed the legislators mentioning that Congress is “the final and ultimate judge, jury, and arbiter of all contested elections” so he urges its members to start hearings on this important threat immediately.

In the letter Brooks wrote that at the hearings, the appropriate committees will “probe all allegations of illegal conduct concerning [the election]; investigate systemic problems affecting our elections; hear from election experts to explore legislative solutions that lessen the impact of fraudulent and illegal votes and restores faith that America can hold a free and fair election.”

At least 15 representatives and several other senators showed their support for Brooks’s initiative.

Representative-elect Barry Moore (R-Ala.), agreed with Brooks, saying, “This election was stolen,” according to the local Yellowhammer News.

“We have videos, sworn affidavits, and voting machine audits, that’s enough for me. This election was stolen,” Moore reiterated.

He added, “If Democrats will use any means necessary to steal an election then we must use every means given to us by the Constitution to stop it.”

Moore is part of another group of 26 elected representatives who signed a letter to Pelosi asking her to investigate the fraudulent presidential election.

Many representatives and senators may join Brooks in challenging the results in key states and possibly promoting a contingent election.

In the face of a mountain of evidence presented by Trump’s campaign lawyers in court, no conclusive results have been obtained for nearly a month and a half, prompting calls from different quarters for more drastic constitutional measures

Among them would be the declaration of a national state of emergency or martial law, and it is hoped that before Jan. 20 events will favor the re-election of President Donald Trump.
