President Trump’s campaign lawyer, Jesse Binnall, who leads the fraudulent claims in the state of Nevada, said they discovered that “over 40,000 people voted twice.”

Binnall said they will present evidence of these frauds against the electoral process, and that they also discovered fraud with absentee ballots, because the people who appear as voters not only did not send applications but also did not send their vote by mail, according to an interview with Maria Bartiromo on Fox News, broadcast on Dec. 2.

This and other evidence will be presented at the public hearing scheduled for Nevada, according to the video showing a segment of the interview, tweeted by the Trump campaign.

The thousands of pieces of evidence Binnall will present join many thousands of others found by President Trump’s lawyers and delivered to the courts to be evaluated and to allow judges to rule.

Binnall is convinced that it was President Donald Trump who won the election in Nevada, and he is set to prove this fact before state Judge James Russell in Carson City on Dec. 3, according to local media Elko Dailey on Dec. 1.

The large amount of evidence presented by President Trump’s campaign lawyers is unknown to the media and to the Democrats, which is not without question for Americans.

Charlie Kirk, founder of the Turning Point organization, raises one of the contradictory positions of the Democrats with respect to the complaints of electoral fraud.

“Democrats thought that one second-hand report of a phone call was enough to indict a president, but somehow hundreds of firsthand reports of voter fraud are not enough to justify an investigation,” Kirk said in one of his tweets.

Although U.S. Attorney General William Barr recently mentioned that no evidence has been found on the multitude of reported fraud cases, the Trump campaign made it clear that this is because they have not yet been investigated.

“With all due respect to the Attorney General, there has been no Justice Department investigation. We have gathered extensive evidence of illegal voting in at least six states, which they have not examined,” said attorney Rudy Giuliani, according to the Trump campaign website.

With the conviction that President Trump won the election by an overwhelming majority, his team continues to work hard to get the truth out. This is what Giuliani said, “However, we will continue our search for the truth through the judicial system and state legislatures, and we will continue to uphold the mandate of the Constitution and ensure that every legal vote is counted and every illegal vote is not.”
