New York Times reporter Thomas Friedman publicly called on Democrats across the country to move to Georgia and vote in the upcoming Senate runoff election, a clear case of incitement to violate election laws. Once again, the hegemonic media are shown to be complicit in the gigantic fraud that attacks the foundations of U.S. democracy.

During an interview on Monday night on CNN, Friedman said: “I hope everyone will move to Georgia, you know, in the next month or two, register to vote and vote for these two Democratic senators.”

While Georgia’s election law does not specify a length of residency requirement for voting in the state, it “does prohibit prospective voters from residing in the state briefly, with the intention of voting and then moving on … you must state your intention to remain a resident in order to vote,” those were the words of the Honest Elections Project’s executive director, Jason Snead, to the Washington Free Beacon.

Snead also stressed that in a democracy, Georgians are the ones who elect their own representatives and not citizens who are oblivious to the needs and realities within their state.

Some local democracy activists have tried to viralize [make viral] the call for non-Georgians to vote in the second round. Handmaids Coalition of Georgia organizer Tamara Stevens invited “Northern Democrats” and “West Coast Liberals” to come to the state to vote in a recent Facebook posting.

On Jan. 5, 2021, there will be a runoff election in which voters must choose which color will represent Georgia in the Senate. Republican (Red) Senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler will face their Democratic (Blue) rivals, Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock after the four candidates failed to obtain the required majority of votes in the November election.

Both Democratic candidates are clearly failing to win their support in the very state they intend to represent. First, they failed to do so with the voters, so they are now trying to attract external voters, despite the illegality of the facts. Secondly, they also failed to get financial support for their campaigns internally, as reported in October by the Free Beacon,

Donations received by the candidates in the third quarter came overwhelmingly, at 87 percent, from states outside Georgia.

Friedman’s case is just one more example of the complicity of the hegemonic media, sympathetic to Democratic and leftist interests, in their eagerness to come to power by taking whatever route is necessary, including fraud.

As Breitbart reported, in response to strong allegations of fraud in the presidential elections in the state of Georgia, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R) recently announced that the state would conduct a “hand recount in every county” of every vote cast.
