An overwhelming number of GOP representatives want the nation’s highest court to correct the election result and give the president a second term.

More than 54% of House Republicans fully support an amicus brief with the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn the November presidential race outcome.

A total of 106 signatories maintain the election experienced an “unprecedented” level of complaints about severe voting fraud and “irregularities” that justices must thoroughly investigate.

“[Before the 2020 election] the constitutional authority of state legislatures was simply usurped by various governors, state courts, state election officials, and others,” the group said. “Due in large part to those usurpations, the election of 2020 has been riddled with an unprecedented number of serious allegations of fraud and irregularities.”

These irregularities allegedly damaged the integrity of the election system, and more Americans are beginning to suspect the rightful winner of the election was President Donald Trump.

“National polls indicate a large percentage of Americans now have serious doubts about not just the outcome of the presidential contest but also the future reliability of our election system itself,” the group said.

The latest Rasmussen Reports survey about the initial outcome of the presidential election supported this claim by catching nearly a third of Democratic Party supporters admitting Joe Biden stole the presidency.

Almost a third of Democrats who responded believed the party unlawfully removed and destroyed pro-Trump ballots in several states to make sure Biden won.

“Huge: ‘How likely is it that Democrats stole votes or destroyed pro-Trump ballots in several states to ensure that Biden would win?'” the company said on Twitter. “Democrats—30% to 20% say very likely (VL), unaffiliated—39% to 29% say VL, Republicans—75% to 61% say VL, [and] all voters—47% to 36% say VL.”

Nearly half of the 1,000 people surveyed, 47%, agreed that the Democrats “stole votes or destroyed pro-Trump ballots in several states to ensure that Biden would win.”

“This includes 36% who say it is very likely,” Rasmussen said on its website. “Republicans say it is very likely the Democrats stole the election … [and] among unaffiliated, 29% feel it is a stolen election.”

House Republicans want the court to administer law and justice, to restore public confidence in the voting system.

“Amici respectfully avers it is the solemn duty of this court to provide an objective review of these anomalies and to determine for the people if indeed the Constitution has been followed and the rule of law maintained,” the group said. “Amici respectfully avers that the broad scope and impact of the various irregularities in the defendant states necessitate careful and timely review by this court.”

The Oval Office believes the fate of the election now rests with Supreme Court justices.

“The Supreme Court has a chance to save our country from the greatest election abuse in the history of the United States,” President Trump said on Twitter. “78% of the people feel (know!) the election was rigged.”
