An elected official that’s responsible for ensuring the Democratic Party passes legislation in the House is ordering representatives to immediately return to Washington, and help investigate funding cuts to the postal service.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) desperately wants to save the Democratic Party’s postal voting plan from being canceled at the upcoming election due to an internal restructure at the U.S. Postal Service (USPS.)

Pelosi told the entire House to make sure up to 153 million registered voters can avoid voting in person by casting their ballots at the local USPS office due to the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) Virus.

“I am calling upon the House to return to session later this week to vote on Oversight and Reform Committee Chairwoman [Carolyn] Maloney’s ‘Delivering for America Act,’ which prohibits the postal service from implementing any changes to operations or level of service it had in place on Jan. 1, 2020,” she said in a statement.

The speaker accused President Donald Trump of using his power to deny Americans the opportunity to cast their ballot.

“We see the devastating effects of the president’s campaign to sabotage the election by manipulating the postal service to disenfranchise voters,” she said. “Postmaster General Louis DeJoy, one of the top Trump mega-donors, has proven a complicit crony as he continues to push forward sweeping new operational changes that degrade postal service, delay the mail, and … threaten to deny the ability of eligible Americans to cast their votes through the mail.”

She also instructed the House to hold press conferences in front of USPS offices in their respective congressional districts to demand $3.5 billion in federal funding from the Trump administration to make postal voting possible.

“I am also calling upon members to participate in a day of action on Tuesday by appearing at a post office in their districts for a press event,” she said. “In a time of a pandemic, the postal service is election central. Americans should not have to choose between their health and their vote.”

The Oval Office has serious concerns that postal voting will severely damage the integrity of the national electoral system.

“You see how bad it has been with this Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-N.Y.) [absentee voting] scam,” the president told Fox Business. “She scammed her way into an election. She probably lost but they said [the] mail-in ballots are all mixed up.”

He also recalled similar problems in a special election in Virginia where there were about 500,000 unverified applications for ballots.

“Nobody even knows who it got sent to, dogs, it got sent to dead people,” he said. “Nobody has no idea what happened. They said they made a mistake, I am sorry … how do you feel about Virginia going in there to have 500,000 phony ballot applications? This is all over.”

The president believes the real cost of doing postal voting is at least seven times higher than the $3.5 billion amount, making conventional voting at polling stations much more cost effective.

“[It will cost] $25 billion for the post office because the post office is going to have to go to town to get these ridiculous ballots in,” he said. “There is nothing wrong with getting out and voting. They voted during World War One and Two, and they should have voter ID because the Democrats scammed the system.”
