President Donald Trump’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, who heads the team of attorneys pursuing several lawsuits in different states for voter fraud, has said he hopes the legal process before the legislatures of key states will be expedited because “he doesn’t have a lot of time.

According to Giuliani’s interview with Newsmax on Thursday, the campaign team is implementing a two-pronged approach.

He explained that evidence of fraud will be presented to state legislatures as well as at court hearings, despite the challenge of not being heard by judges and not getting the attention and coverage of mainstream media.

“We’re doing both, with equal speed and enthusiasm and taking advantage of which one gives us the hearing the quickest. And which one will work fastest for us,” said Giuliani.

“We’ve got a lot of evidence; we don’t have a lot of time. And we’re facing a major censorship, so it’s very hard to get this information out to the public,” added Giuliani who said the public only knows a small part of all the evidence, according to Newsmax.

On Thursday, Nov. 26, President Trump assured journalists that although the facts are on his side amid the legal dispute, time is not.

“As to whether or not I can get this apparatus moving this quickly–because time isn’t on our side. (…) Everything else is on our side. Facts are on our side,” said Trump, who again questioned the electoral process as well as the counting machines see votes. “We have machines that nobody knows what the hell they’re looking at,” Breitbart News reported.

Meanwhile, Giuliani’s statements come after a federal appeals court refused to hear Trump’s campaign team to challenge the election results in Pennsylvania, since Matthew Brann, an Obama appointee district court judge, rejected the case.

Giuliani said he had sworn statements from poll watchers who were denied access to witness ballots being counted, leading to several irregularities such as correcting voter signature information or the absence of confidential envelopes.

He explained that the fraud that occurred in Michigan was worse than the case in Pennsylvania, and he also pointed out that the situation in Wisconsin was just as scandalous in relation to the absentee ballots without applications.

“In Nevada, they used a machine that basically didn’t work and let every signature go through, even though it’s illegal to use a machine. I mean they cheated in all the places that were critical to them. And you know they did, because Trump was way ahead on the night of the election,” Giuliani said.

While a Philadelphia appeals court last Friday rejected Trump campaign’s proposal to challenge the 2020 election results, Giuliani was confident that his case had been reviewed by Republican lawmakers, adding that the Supreme Court could now “take a look,” according to the Washington Examiner.

Last Friday, several Republican lawmakers filed a resolution saying that the election results were certified “prematurely” in relation to ongoing lawsuits.
