An elected official responsible for ensuring the Democratic Party passes legislation in the House prematurely declared the winner of the upcoming election and ordered the incumbent to accept defeat.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) announced that Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden will win the upcoming election and urged President Donald Trump to behave like a gentleman and quietly exit the Oval Office.

“On Jan. 20, 2021, Joe Biden will be inaugurated president of the United States,” she said in a video shared on Twitter. “The easiest thing for him [President Trump] to do is to stand up like a man and accept the results of an election of the American people.”

Pelosi claims both the Democratic Party and GOP already know what will happen after Election Day and suggested the incumbent was just agitating to cause trouble.

“States will count the votes that they have in a timely fashion and again, if the president wins in that format, then so be it, then he is president,” she said. “[However,] we do not anticipate that that will be the case, and neither does he, and that is why he is trying to, as they say, ‘stir the pot’ so that people will think that he really won when he did not.”

She also brought up the so-called Crossfire Hurricane investigation into allegations of Russian interference in the 2016 general election, even though the inquiry found no conclusive proof of foreign interference taking place.

“For him to make these kinds of statements shows his lack of patriotism, his undermining of our elections while he allows foreign countries like his friend [Russian President Vladimir] Putin to undermine the integrity of our election, he himself is doing it as well,” she said.

However, the president believes Pelosi does not expect Biden to stay in office long even if he wins the presidency.

“‘Crazy’ Nancy Pelosi is looking at the 25th Amendment to replace Joe Biden with Kamala Harris,” he said on Twitter. “The Dems want that to happen fast because ‘sleepy’ Joe is out of it.”

He also has serious doubts about the Democrat’s ability to act in the nation’s best interests.

“[I] just do not see any way Nancy Pelosi and ‘cryin’ Chuck Schumer will be willing to do what is right for our great American workers, or our wonderful U.S.A. itself, on stimulus,” he said on Twitter. “Their primary focus is bailing-out poorly run (and high crime) Democrat cities and states … [they] should take care of our people. It was not their fault that the plague came in from China!”
