A Californian Democrat who wants to become the next vice president repeatedly failed to produce credible evidence that verifies her claim the president is prejudiced toward those belonging to another race.

Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) was caught on camera giving at least four false and misleading statements about President Donald Trump.

Harris used a nationally televised interview on CBS News’s “60 Minutes” to laugh and accuse the president of being racist on Oct. 25.

“You can look at a pattern that goes back to him questioning the identity of the first black president of the United States, you can look at Charlottesville when there were peaceful protesters,” she can be heard saying in a video shared on Twitter. “On the other side Neo-Nazis and he talks about fine people on either side, calling Mexicans rapists and criminals. His first order of business was to institute a Muslim ban–it all speaks for itself.”

However, after investigating each of these claims Breitbart reached the conclusion that none of these examples are valid.

“All of them involve outright lies or significant omissions of context,” Breitbart journalist Joel Pollack said.

Pollack’s reasoning is as follows:

  • President Trump applies the same “birtherism” standard to everyone since he not only questioned predecessor Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president but also fellow Texan Republican Sen. Ted Cruz who was born in Canada.
  • Vice President Mike Pence already told Harris during the 2020 vice president debate that President Trump never called neo-Nazis in Charlottesville “fine people” and actually said they should be “condemned totally.”
  • The president never referred to Mexicans as “rapists and criminals.” He was actually discussing some people who unlawfully cross the United States border and even called other illegal aliens “good people.”
  • He also never imposed a Muslim ban, rather just restricted travel from both Muslim and non-Muslim countries the previous Obama administration had already identified as terrorism hotspots. The U.S. Supreme Court upheld the ban and most Muslim states were unaffected.

This is not the first time Harris has been caught on camera making controversial statements. She previously revealed she was very happy for extreme anarchist protesters to loot businesses.

“I think there has to be some form of reparations and we can discuss what that is,” she said in a video shared on YouTube. “There has not been any kind of intervention done understanding the harm and the damage that occurred to correct course, and so we are seeing the effects of all of those years play out still today.”

She justified street violence, shoplifting, and vandalism of historical and religious monuments because it was payback for the historical separation of African Americans from white people.

“We are looking at more than 200 years of slavery, we are looking at almost 100 years of Jim Crow [racial segregation] we are looking at legalized segregation, and, in fact, segregation on so many levels that exists today, based on race,” she said.

She also indicated she would champion movements like Black Lives Matter, under the facade of equal rights, if the Democrats won the presidency at the general election on Nov. 3.
