Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden made a mental effort to coordinate his ideas during a speech Monday, Aug. 31, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and showed signs of not being sure who was addressing him from the street.
The most embarrassing case occurred when after describing the violence of the riots in the country, he changed the subject to refer to the lives taken by the CCP ( Chinese Communist Party) Virus and confused the number of lives with the number of years, struggling with his words until he picked up the thread of his speech.
“COVID [the CCP Virus] has taken this year, just since the outbreak, has taken more than 100 years – look, here’s … The lives, it’s just, it’s … I mean, think about it. More lives this year than any other year, for the past hundred years,” Biden said in his confusion.
Eric Trump, son of President Trump, attached a short video of the scene to one of his tweets.
“That’s why the Biden campaign doesn’t want him to come out of his basement, this guy isn’t playing with a full deck and it’s so irresponsible for the media to cover it.

At another time, as he got out of the vehicle and delivered a couple of pizzas to his assistant, at a campaign stop, a man shouted at him from the top of a truck and Biden responded but was not sure he was addressing the right person, as described by Daily Caller.
“You finally got out of the basement,” shouted one man outside the video scene. “Hey, Joe, who paid for those pizzas? Hey Joe, who—Trump would have given us a steak!” added the same person.
Biden insisted on blaming President Trump in his speech for the violence generated by members of the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement and the Democrat-backed anarchists of antifa. Their protests have increased crime disproportionately and caused much material damage.
President Trump mentioned in one of his tweets in response to Biden’s speech that Biden did not blame the riots on the looters, so as not to lose the support of the leftists.
“Just watched what Biden had to say. To me, he’s blaming the Police far more than he’s blaming the Rioters, Anarchists, Agitators, and Looters, which he could never blame or he would lose the Radical Left Bernie supports!”

It was clear that even before Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) was the candidate for the vice president she supported the BLM movement, and in addition to congratulating its members, she said that they will not stop nor should they, according to an interview in “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” on June 18.
