First Lady Melania Trump traveled abroad this week, accompanying President Donald Trump to London, where he attended NATO meetings Tuesday, Dec. 3, and Wednesday.
Melania Trump had various activities there, such as making decorations with British school children and joining U.S. Embassy Marines in wrapping Christmas gifts to donate to local families.
She also joined President Trump at a trio of receptions—a tea with Prince Charles and Camila at Clarence House, followed by a reception held by the Queen at Buckingham Palace and then at 10 Downing Street hosted by Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
The following are the best photos of her London trip.
London fifth-graders sang “All I Want for Christmas is You” after First Lady Melania Trump added to their merriment Wednesday by joining them to make wreaths and ornaments at a Salvation Army center.
At the center in the Clapton neighborhood of east London, the first lady helped attach pine cones to a wreath covered in yellow tinsel. She also helped U.S. Marines put gifts into large holiday-themed plastic sacks.
The first lady joined by about 30 fifth-graders from the Baden Powell School and U.S. Embassy Marines at the the Salvation Army Centre in Clapton, East London, for the holiday event.
The first lady also donated presents for the charity’s holiday drive, including white baseball caps, white Frisbees, and soccer balls all stamped with the logo of her “Be Best” youth initiative.
