On Tuesday, Dec. 8, Dr. Kelli Ward, chairwoman of the Arizona Republican Party, reaffirmed her commitment to continue legally challenging the fraudulent results of her state’s presidential elections. She criticized as cowards the Republican leaders who have not stepped forward to defend the elections’ integrity, Breitbart reported.

In a video on the Arizona Republican Party channel, Ward presented updates of the cases they are pursuing.

She explained that the case filed in state court, in which the party alleges there were duplicate votes for Biden and questions about the digitally adjudicated ballots, was rejected on Friday by the federal judge.

An appeal was immediately filed in the Supreme Court.

“We did that on Friday, and that appeal will go before the Supreme Court,” she said.

Ward commented on mainstream media’s excessive effort to manipulate public opinion and distort the facts.

“The fake news continues to try to characterize things in a way that is completely and totally untrue,” Ward said. “It is unfair to the public. It is unfair the way that they are presenting that because they are trying to say that Republicans, not just here in Arizona but across the country, are trying to take an election from Joe Biden.”

“That is in no way, shape, or form true,” she said.

News media such as CNN, MSNBC, and even some considered “conservative” such as Fox News, have been pushing the idea that President Trump should concede the results.

Many federal judges, most of them liberal, have rejected the president’s legal challenges. They are trying to give Biden the victory without even looking at the evidence presented.

“We are trying to have integrity in our electoral process, and we will have it, and we have every right to make every legal challenge all the way up until the next president—I think it’s going to be Donald Trump—is inaugurated on Jan. 20th,” Ward said.

According to federal election law, the power to decide elections, once challenged, lies with the legislatures and, ultimately, the Supreme Court.

“The legislature has every opportunity to call a full legislative hearing with subpoena power, and they should do it quickly,” Ward said. “Any leaders who aren’t doing so are simply being cowards and not living up to their constitutional duties,” she stressed.

According to Ward, at least 100,000 ballots could be challenged for various reasons in Arizona, a figure more than enough to turn the results around since President Trump is only 10,457 votes behind Biden.

“I can tell you this, I’m not going to stop. I know you’re not going to stop until we make sure that every legal vote that was cast is counted, and every illegal vote is thrown out because that’s how you have integrity in elections,” Ward said, encouraging her audience to stay tuned for more updates.
