A Democrat from Hawaii pleaded with the nation to stop categorizing Americans into different ethnic groups.

Former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard asked all of her supporters to refuse to racialize “everyone and everything” because doing so would only lead America down a “dark and divisive path.”

“My dear friends, my fellow Americans, please, please let us stop the racialization of everyone and everything is racialism,” she said in a video shared on Twitter. “We are all children of God and are therefore family in the truest sense.”

Gabbard, who proudly has former President Trump’s support, believes the ‘fake news media’ should stop dividing the nation with allegations of systemic racism.

“The mainstream propaganda media and politicians they want us to constantly focus on our skin color and the skin color of others, because it helps them politically or financially,” she can be heard saying.

The Democrat believes everyone in the Joe Biden administration and mainstream media should learn the Aloha State’s philosophy of living in harmony with people and the land through showing mercy, sympathy, grace, and kindness.

“No matter our race or ethnicity this is Aloha and this is what our country and the world need,” she said. “Aloha means respect and love for others–it is what enables us to see beyond our skin color, and see the soul, the person within.”

“Let us do our best to cultivate this Aloha in our hearts and see and treat others through this prism of love, not through the prism of race or ethnicity. Please let us not allow ourselves to be led down this dark and divisive path of racialism and hate,” she added.

She believes God does not discriminate between his different creations, and human beings should try their best to be inclusive of all.

“Please, let us stop the racialization of everyone and everything,” she said. “We are all children of God, and therefore family in the truest sense, no matter our race or ethnicity. This is Aloha–love and respect for others. This is what our country and the world needs.”

As previously reported, former President Trump revealed he deeply respected Gabbard for not supporting two impeachment articles that her fellow House Democrats introduced at U.S. Congress.

“I give her respect. She did not vote the other day. I give her a lot of respect because she knew it was wrong,” he said at the time.

Gabbard, who failed to win the Democratic Party’s nomination for presidential candidate, was the only Democrat who voted “present” for both impeachment articles back in late 2019.

Her defiance and refusal to back down drew several hostile attacks from her fellow party members. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) was shocked by Gabbard’s moral stance, especially when she refused to take sides in the historic impeachment vote.

“[It] was very consequential, and to not take a stand one way or another, on a day of such great consequence to this country, I think is quite difficult,” Ocasio-Cortez said at the end of the vote. “We are sent here to lead.”
