Mainstream media and Big Tech have suppressed any talk post election as to what really went on, it was forbidden to discuss any irregularities that occurred. Then, deleting President Trump’s social media accounts was a way to prevent Trump from communicating the truth to his supporters.
Even the courts have declared there was no fraudulent election. The Americans are now well aware that they were ambushed, they never had a chance at a fair election. However, the push to expose the voting irregularities is still relentless.
Election cases going through the courts
How many people know that lawsuits related to the election are still slowly threading their way through the courts? It’s not something the MSM is reporting on, except to say former president Donald Trump has lost those lawsuits. That is another lie. Efforts to expose the 2020 election irregularities are ongoing.
Physicist John Droz gathered together a group of volunteer scientists and engineers to examine the issue of the filed lawsuits, all available through public records, and then present a summary, as reported by LifeSite News.
Summary of the court cases
The summary report, known as the 2020 Presidential Election Lawsuits Related to Election Integrity, presents the lawsuits in a readable fashion, how the various cases were viewed by the courts, and the final results.
From 80 to 46
It was found that 80 lawsuits have been filed on behalf of Trump related to the 2020 election, all consisting of reams of filings and decisions. Out of that total, 34 were withdrawn, joined together with other lawsuits, or dismissed due to technical issues or timing.
Dismissed suits never made it in front of judges, so cannot be counted in the loss column for Trump. Instead, they are a reminder of the failure of the courts to look at the evidence from those elections and should be noted in history as such.
21 cases have been adjudicated
Of the 46 remaining lawsuits, 25 cases are still ongoing, so that the winner and loser of these cases is yet to be determined, while 21 have been completely adjudicated. These are cases where the court heard arguments, considered any relevant evidence, and then issued a formal ruling on the merits, reported LifeSite.
14 wins and 7 loses
Actually of the 21 cases so far, Trump has won 14 and lost 7. This means two-thirds of cases so far adjudicated by the court system have been won by Trump.
Droz noted separately that, despite the widespread allegations of massive voter fraud, “Only three of these lawsuits materially dealt with voter illegalities (citizens voting twice, votes from deceased persons, etc.). Interestingly, all three of these cases are still open.”
“Further, just three lawsuits addressed voting machine inaccuracies (purposeful or accidental). One of these was dismissed (due to jurisdiction), one was ruled against (although no discovery was granted), and one is still open (discovery was granted),” Droz continued.
“The likely explanation for so few cases in these two areas is that legally proving fraud or voting machine manipulations are very time-consuming processes that require substantial investigative work and documentation. There simply wasn’t enough time to do this prior to key points in the process (like the Electoral College),” said Droz.
