After President Joe Biden said on the first day of his term that he would continue vaccination against the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) Virus, he made a statement the next day that raised questions about his handling of the pandemic.
“There is nothing we can do to change the trajectory of the pandemic in the coming months,” Biden said, according to the Jan. 22 Washington Examiner.
These words paint a dark picture and give the impression that there is no clear strategy, or at least one that provides something new to what former President Donald Trump’s administration was already doing.
Biden promised a goal of 100 million vaccines during the first 100 days of his administration, which was basically already being done by President Trump, whose campaign had delivered 15.1 million doses.
When Biden made this announcement a reporter asked him about the possibility of increasing the goal, so he got upset and stressed that that was enough to start with.
Reporter Matt Viser provided a graph of the vaccination rate, which shows an average of 912,497 vaccines applied each day, surpassed on Jan. 20 with the application of 1.6 million, according to data taken from Bloomberg.
So far, the infrastructure and schedule established by former President Trump and his team, who managed to develop the antiviral in a record time of nine months, are being used.
Biden, saying Trump’s vaccine rollout “has been a dismal failure,” says his goal is to administer 100 million doses in 100 days (or 1M per day)
In the last week, 912k doses of the vaccine were administered per day, according to Bloomberg’s tracker.

School safety advocate J. T. Lewis noted the double standard applied by the media in attacking the achievements of former President Trump, and their effort to make Democrats appear better, illustrating the case in one of his tweets.
“Trump: We will give 1 million vaccines a day!
The Media: NOT ENOUGH!” he wrote under the @thejtlewis user.
“Biden: We’ll give 100 million vaccines in 100 days! The Media: GREAT JOB!”

After the CCP Virus manifested its disastrous impact worldwide the Trump administration brokered a $1.95 billion deal with pharmaceutical producers BioNtech and Pfizer, under which the United States would get 100 million doses of the vaccine, and could purchase an additional 500 million doses.
