The nucleic acid sampling house in Henan has recently attracted public attention.
Apart from its inconvenient design for both medical staff and citizens when taking the COVID test, the related company behind that nucleic acid sampling house project has also aroused attention.
The project is called Henan Two-person Convenience Nucleic Acid Sampling House.
As reported by Sina, the supplier of this project is Hailemiao Zhengzhou Intelligent IoT Co., Ltd.
Accordingly, the company was established on May 7, 2022, only 11 days ahead of the date local authorities announced the company won the bid for the project. The winning bid for such a nucleic acid sampling house is 46,800 yuan (about 7,000 dollars).
Its legal representative is He Chenyang, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan (about 1.5 million dollars).
On May 23, China’s National Health Commission promoted the “normalization” of nucleic acid testing. Particularly, provincial capitals and cities with more than 10 million residents should establish nucleic acid sampling circles within a 15-minute walk. Therefore, people can conduct nucleic acid sampling nearby.
After the Chinese authorities issued the above-mentioned order, nucleic acid sampling houses were quickly set up countrywide.
Haier Biomedical nucleic acid sampling chambers have been put into use in more than 200 cities, over 5,000 hospitals, disease control, and community service centers in 31 provinces and cities across the country.
Henan province plans to accelerate the construction of more than 14,000 convenient nucleic acid sampling houses to meet the needs for normalized testing.
