In 2021, the average annual salary of employees employed in non-private units was $14,930 (106,837 yuan). In the same year, the average annual salary of employees in private units was $8,785 (62,884 yuan).
According to the report, the average salary of urban employees has shown a year-on-year growth trend. In 2021, the average annual salary of employees in non-private units increased by 9.7%. Private units increased by 8.9%.
